2023 WINNERS

The general public voted on their favorite Noisy Waters paintings to determine the next large mural installations in Bellingham.

The Prize Walls will be installed in May 2024.

Erika has received a $7,500 prize wall donated by Natural Systems Design at 203 W Chestnut Street

Emily has received a $5,000 prize wall donated by Chuckanut Builders at 1000 N State Street

Shogo has received a $500 cash prize.

Veda received $500 as the recipient of the

Artists' Choice Award.
