Noisy Waters Mural Festival is produced with support from the Bellingham/Whatcom County Tourism funds.  Bookings for lodging stays in Bellingham during the summer are incredibly busy! If you're planning a stay for Noisy Waters, you'll want to book ahead, and by that, we mean EARLY.
