APPLICATIONS ARE open
8 finalists will be selected to paint in the 2026 Noisy Waters Mural Festival. 
Finalists will be notified on April 30, 2026 and announced to the public on May 10, 2026.
Finalists will live paint at the Mural Festival in August, 14-16, 2026. Winners of the festival will receive commissions to paint large prize walls.
