APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Eight finalists will be selected to paint in the 2026 Noisy Waters Mural Festival. Applications were due April 16, 2026 at 5 PM PT. Finalists will be notified on April 30, 2026 and announced to the public on May 10, 2026. Finalists must be available for live painting at the festival August, 14-16, 2026. Winners of the festival will receive commissions to paint large prize walls in Bellingham the following year.
