ARTIST APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
8 finalists and 11 runners-up will be selected to paint in the 2024 Noisy Waters Mural Festival. 
Finalists will be notified on May 1 and publicly announced by May 8, 2024.

Finalists selected will paint at the Mural Festival in August. Winners will receive commissions to paint large prize walls.
