Trackside Stage

If you’re in the mood for an eclectic jazz beat with some Bellingham flair, Cuttlefish is the band for you. Described as “colorful” and “emotional.” Cuttlefish’s songs bring a more mellow jazz feel to the Bellingham music scene while maintaining an upbeat rhythm you can dance to.

Start your day with a Noisy Waters Chromatic Flow Yoga class, sponsored by the Bellingham Yoga Collective. Mixed with live beats from the Indigeversal Collective's lead, Kaplan Bunce.  Slow vibes building energy to keep you smiling all day.

A Paper Whale favorite - soft and gentle, Disc Jockey, Lady V, is a sound curator known for her versatile sets that blend a wide array of sounds. Lady V’s performances create a unique atmosphere, effortlessly moving between genres. For her upcoming set at Noisy Waters, she’s bringing a special blend of relaxing horns, tea house dance and deep grooves—splendid way to start your day.​

KitchenSink is your friendly neighborhood DJ with a jukebox brain and a disco ball heart.  Serving Bellingham since 2009 now spinning all vinyl sets of classic and rare 45’s.​

Yogoman is the cartoon alien mascot and brand of Jordan Rain/Yogoman, an American artist who has performed and recorded as a live musician for over 30 years internationally, originating in Seattle's Underground music scene before moving to Bellingham in 1995. Yogoman leads his family trio Yogoman & Bongo Jac w/ Big Buck (since 2017), his 5-10 piece Yogoman Burning Band (since 2005) and as a vinyl selector/deejay as DJ Yogoman (since 1999) through a musical odyssey of multiple genres (Jamaican and New Orleans influences being the most prominent), generally upbeat and rhythmic with a laid back sensibility.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Upcycled Fashion Show

A community event at the Noisy Waters Mural Festival inspiring sustainable fashion. Live beats provided by Love-a-saurus Rex, a Bellingham based artist that creates improvised, funky and immersive psychedelic sounds. With a myriad of instruments from synths to loopers, homemade kalimbas and handpans, his music will take you on a journey that will expand your heart and shake your butt.

Inspired by the lush backdrop of Cascadia and influenced by a lifetime of travel, Mr Noodyl likes to take the audience on an adventure. Expect groove laden, funky rhythms, soulful and uplifting vocal tracks and a palpable connection between the dance floor and the decks. From Disco House to UKG to Liquid Drum and Bass, he will keep you on your toes and leave you with a smile on your face and whimsy in your heart
